Set out because a policy nobody reads protects nobody. This is a summary. The numbered entries below are the operative text.

  • We collect what an order needs: name, email, delivery address and payment details, plus a mobile number if, and only if, you ask to be recorded for texts.
  • Personal information is not offered for sale. Not to brokers, not to other sellers, at any figure.
  • No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared, and sit outside every other kind of sharing described below.
  • The text programme is marketing, sent only on request. Order paperwork goes to your email address, never by text.
  • You may be struck off whenever you like by replying STOP or using the removal form.
  • Buying and texting are unconnected; one has never required the other.
  • You may ask what is held on you and have it deleted, at info@findsforlife.com.
  • We do not knowingly deal with anyone under eighteen.

COUNTRY LIFE, LLC (EIN 20-2500400) operates findsforlife.com under the name COUNTRY LIFE LLC. Set out below is every category of personal information the site collects, the purpose each is put to, and the rights you hold over it. It is written to be read rather than to be skimmed past.

1. The data we hold

We collect only what an order or a request actually requires.

  • Contact and order details: name, email, shipping and billing address, plus a mobile number if, and only if, you opt in to texts.
  • Site usage: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Device information: device identifiers and mobile network information.

2. SMS Communications

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from COUNTRY LIFE LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party, and are excluded from all other categories of data sharing described in this policy.

3. Why we hold it

  • Fulfilling orders and providing the communications you requested.
  • Issuing order confirmations, despatch notices and delivery updates.
  • Sending offers and announcements where consent has been given.
  • Improving the website and the experience of using it.
  • Responding to enquiries and complying with the law.

4. Cookies

Cookies and comparable technologies are used here to keep the site working and to see, in aggregate, how it is used. Your browser settings control them, and blocking them does not stop you from reading anything or placing an order.

5. Who else sees it

Your personal information is not for sale, at any price, to anybody. It is shared with the service providers who make the transaction work, namely payment, shipping, the SMS platform and analytics; where the law compels disclosure; and on a transfer of the business. SMS opt-in data is excluded from all three, as set out above.

6. What you can ask for

You can ask to see what is held on you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted, and California residents additionally have the statutory right to opt out of its sale, which we do not engage in. There is no penalty for asking. Requests go to info@findsforlife.com.

7. Security

Industry-standard safeguards protect the information held here, and access to it is restricted to staff whose work requires it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted here with a revised date.

No form and no statute needs quoting. Tell us which it is: disclosure, correction or deletion. We acknowledge within two business days and complete within 30, confirming back in writing.
