  • A mark is only claimed while it is held. Status is published rather than implied.

  • No health claims. Everything sold here is a dietary supplement.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website findsforlife.com and all products offered by COUNTRY LIFE, LLC (EIN 20-2500400), operating under the brand name COUNTRY LIFE LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. When these terms bind you

You are bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy from the point you use this website, submit an order, or consent to receive messages from us. Should you disagree with them, do not do any of those three things.

2. Who may buy

This website is for adults. You must be 18 or over to order, and 18 or over to consent to messages from us. Using the site is your representation that you are, and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Nature of the goods

The Register Line range consists of dietary supplements. Under United States law they are foods, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and no claim on this site should be read as saying otherwise. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results vary, and a qualified healthcare professional should be consulted first.

4. The text programme

Entering your mobile number and ticking the box is your express consent, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), for COUNTRY LIFE LLC to send recurring automated marketing and informational texts to that number. The terms of it are these:

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase, and withdrawing it changes no price.
  • How often messages go out varies with what we have to say.
  • Message and data rates may apply, and they are your carrier's charges.
  • Reply STOP to any message and the programme ends.
  • Reply HELP to any message and our contact details come back.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 100 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to info@findsforlife.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Ownership of the content

The text, images, layout and code on this site belong to COUNTRY LIFE, LLC or to the parties who licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, republishing or building something derived from them needs our written permission first.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COUNTRY LIFE, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of New York.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this page. Amendments take effect on publication, carry a revised date, and apply to use of the site from then on. An order already placed stays governed by the version in force at the time.

11. Certifications, the register and withdrawals

  • COUNTRY LIFE, LLC publishes a register of every certification and mark associated with its goods, with the status of each. An entry is amended rather than deleted, so the history remains readable.
  • A mark is shown on a label or a page only while its register entry reads as held. Where an entry lapses, the mark is withdrawn from packaging at the next print run and from this site immediately.
  • Certifications describe what they describe. A facility certification is not a statement about any individual batch, and no mark is a clinical finding about any person.
  • Certificates behind a held entry are supplied on request at no charge, quoting the lot number.
  • Where a lot has to be withdrawn, everyone who received it is traced through the order record and refunded in full, with no requirement to return anything first.
  • Your statutory rights at home are untouched by anything on this page. Where they diverge, the better outcome for you prevails.
